App is okay, flight prices are not any different from other website. But call center service is below okay. I would rather buy from the airliner than cheapoflight because cheap o air customer service is useless when flights are delayed or cancelled

I booked my flight through cheapoair. I received an email confirmation of the flight details but when I got to the airport was told my reservation did not exist. The person at the counter told this happens frequently with cheapoair!! Never again. The app is useless. To their credit the people on the phone are polite and fixed the issue.

I always get a great price in this site. Great customer service if you make a silly mistake as well.

This app is useless for users in Canada as nothing is available. I downloaded this to check in and this option is not even available. You also cannot save a flight status as favourite...

Overcharging on penalties, lack of transparency on charges, customer service sucks, very long call wait, totally unsatisfied and would never recommend to anybody

Tried to change my flight and they told me I couldnt change or credit it. Im out $300 now, I will NEVER Book with them again or recommend anyone else does either. I would rate zero stars if I could.

It took me less than five minutes to book my flights and CheapOair kept me updated on my trip every step of the way. I will be definitely booking my flights with them again.

Nice app. It does performs like its supposed to. But today I have to give it four stars ,because Im trying to book a trip and for some reason it wont go through. first time this is ever happened but still a nice app.
