Horrible service

CheapOAir is a Nightmare!!!

They charged my credit card but when I call to verify details because I have had problem with them before the told me my credit card was decline which was a lie. And I was looking at my statement when I was talking with them but they didnt see my payment they said... And tried to sell me other tickets at a cost of 500 dollars more per ticket. Third party reservation with a company like CheapOAir is truly not worth the trouble.
I went straight to the Airline company and got reservation at the same price i sent with CheapOair. And the reservation was made for the next day. Please know you will be better off going straight to book with the airline, third party dont mean cheaper but it will cause more problems than you can imagine.
I blessed I had the money to make other arrangements because Im still waiting on someone to return my call about my refund.
