If there was an option to select zero stars I would use it for CheapoAir.

Dont expect good customer service or refunds when purchasing "cancellation insurance". Cheapo goal is to up sell you every step of the way. If you want to avoid frustration and anger, steer clear of ever using CheapoAir. They will continue to rip you off as much as possible while giving sad and pathetic service. Avoid at all costs!!!
