After speaking to a representative about an unauthorized charge the person put me on hold for 20 minutes and than transferred my call to an Indian representative with no experience and an horrible accent who at the end hang up on me. Awful experience, first and last time I use their website.

So far the cheapest fastest easiest website to go on very convenient first time try haven’t flamed yet. It’s six months from now but as far as cheap and easy to book online, this is the place good job.👍🏼

I booked couple hours ago and realized a typo in my middle name. So I called right away to notify them for a change and customer service took so long to get back after putting me on hold put and told me I need to add $900 to keep the flight or else I need to cancel it. Coz the name change will consider void in my booking!!!Are you freaking kidding me?!!! It is not a name change. It is a single letter typo that needs to be removed and you’re telling me to pay $900 extra to keep my flight!!! Never again in this scam and poor customer service!!!

They tried to call you after book the trip & then try charging more money on each add ons , plus they don’t wanna change or cancel tickets within 24hours booking, Do not recommend to anyone, Scammers

If you book with them they will scam you with reward points because you can’t redeem them into next booking you can only redeem if you are getting travel insurance and baggage delay not the actual ticket price which is scam . Don’t waste your money here when they say reward program

When booking my flight, I accidentally selected Travel Assist Classic, which I have absolutely no need or desire for. I am having to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to get this charge deleted. All the prompting for extras during the booking process is so annoying. Ugh!

Be certain you are using the correct form of payment because you cannot change it! When you call and learn of this terrible policy, you are told that you must make another reservation and then cancel the original reservation. That's what I did. In that order. I made another reservation first and then I canceled the original reservation. Then I was excited to learn that I was not going to get a refund, but I was going to get *most* of the purchase price as a flipping CREDIT that I must use within a year! This will also cost me some money. Not to mention I obviously paid twice as much for my ticket since this new reservation was last minute. So awesome! Unbelievable!

Booked a flight and it was cancelled due to weather. No other options available. Called to get a refund. They said we would get a full refund, but the email we received said no refund for flight. So we are now paying for a flight that doesn’t exist! Same issue with the hotel we book through this flighty organization. We called the hotel ourselves and they cancelled the reservation with NO issues and no fees attached. The customer service individual then put us on a 30 minute wait, only to tell us that we need to basically jump through hoops to probably not receive a refund. They want the cancellation information from the flight that was booked through their OWN organization. Then we need to have the hotel send them information that they approved the cancellation when they hadn’t even been paid for the booking yet.

Very easy to use, once you start using it. The affirmative scheduling-function can really save you BIG bucks! …If head this 30 years ago!

Even after they ask questions for verification To whom it may concern, I hope no other customer will go through this I am Annastazia an international student in UK who was planing to visit USA for vacation. As we all know you need a ticket for visa appointment. My appointment was on February 9/2025 and the next day I contacted them. I saw tickets on CheapOair and I was confused about seat allocation. I decided to call the agents for help. This how I was cheated + manipulated and lied to by the agents. and I have been requesting for help of cancellation of ticket booking from February 10 /2025 and today is February 17. They keep calling me and asking the same questions as if their are no notes after taking to a client. I also called back on Saturday February 15/2025 after missing their call. In the call I verbally requested for a formal transcript of phone call proof to be submitted to the insurance as proof to why I am canceling the ticket. The reason for verbal request is their email does not work. The agent told me CheapOair has no official email so my request can not be fulfilled. While on a call, I head him put a report to a special team to request review of phone call. He said they will reach back after 24 or 48hours He also told me we have enough time until February 19th for this issue to be resolved. So far I have received a call on Monday February 17/2025 not for help of ticket cancellation but I was being forced to change date of the ticket. I more than once told them I am an international student from Tanzania residing in United Kingdom. Before I travel I need to follow protocols of United Kingdom and I need to get visa from United States Embassy in London. I personally feel like this issue is not being resolved and the agents are buying time for February 19 to come for me to not ask for refund after cancellation. I do not consent to any responsibility after February 19 2025 (day of flight) I believe this issue can be resolved less than 1 business day because the agents have proof of phone call conversations between me and the agents. I was calling about seat allocation and the agent brought the topic of discount ticket. I asked more than once i can cancel anytime and more than once I was reassured that I could. I have come with two things 1. Cheapoair cheats there customers for their own benefit 2. ⁠CheapOair likes taking advantage of their customers. If there is proof of phone call conversations between customers and agents why are they escaping responsibility. I want the recordings to be reviewed if I am lying then I should be given proof that whatever I am saying is a lie. There email does not work. You can not submit any thing for proof March 02/2025 Update: I got full refund. I’m adjusting to 3 stars from 1 star for all the troubles I went through. Thanks to all who put efforts to resolving my situation.

Более того отсутствует переводчик , также не приходят письма на почту , почту в личном кабинете поменять невозможно . Более того есть приложения с более выгодными ценами .

I’m supposed to be able to get my boarding pass online 24 hours before my flight. Can’t do it!!! Too difficult to figure out. Stop sending me constant deals for hotels and cars. Just get me my boarding and check in info!!!

Was not able to redeem my points when purchasing tickets “no box option to choose for redeeming “ tried to call customer service ABSOLUTELY NO HELP but getting the runaround and transfered to different people most likely will NEVER purchase again! By the way 78,809 points wasted!

This is my third time in February 2025, that I chose CheapOair, I mentioned CheapOair, agent that my daughter having health issues and I want to reschedule my return flights from Dubai to JFK, they told me higher prices than actual tickets so I was offered to buy new tickets which are almost equal to my previous round trip ticket prices with travel time of more than 24 hours knowing my reason behind buying tickets. Tried to call back CheapOair to give me less duration flights which are available with the same airline but they are trying to charge me extra money when I said I would like to contact Saudi airlines directly then agent tried to offer me less charges calling it so call offfer which I denied. They are not co-operative or supportive which they need to be, if they can’t solve our problem then why we are choosing their website, I would say they are scam and I would never buy tickets from them anymore

Booked a flight to and from Costa Rica, the flight was diverted to another airport further into the snowstorm, every passenger that booked with someone else received a comp room and meal, my group received nothing but a hard cold floor... customer service said to contact the airline, airline said contract the company I booked through, it’s horrible

I was in Mexico and needed help my phone was not working internationally and tried 4 times to work with the automated system, I couldn’t get anywhere nor could I type a question to get an answer I was just given a multiple-choice menu. I would pick other wouldn’t have what I needed and bring me back to the original menu. absolutely no help.

The worst app to deal with when it comes to canceling a ticket you will get charged for canceling something like a flight or baggage I spent over 35 minutes just to try to cancel my ticket and on top of that I got charge $49 to cancel me and my sisters airplane ticket. I have erased this app. I would never use it again worse customer service that you could think of.

This was the most confusing experience. The billing is multiple charges. The cost of checking a bag is billed twice on a round trip. My credit card was declined because all the charges looked suspicious to my credit card company.
